Urine is extremely clean and in general does not pose a threat when released in the shower while one is going through the process of showering with running water. If you stain a white shower floor with your urine while in the shower and water is flowing and diluting the uric acid's concentration you have greater issues than whether it's socially acceptable to urinate in the shower.
