After the first attempt to harm or kill me by ramming my car I don't know what you may attempt next so I will prepare for you being armed or ready to ram ME this time.

TDI would tell you to asses the situation more before drawing your weapon on someone. The "step back I'm armed" movement should be your first course of action if you can't get away and you do not see them with a weapon.

He already used a weapon (car) i'm not exposing myself to any more of that or whatever else he's got. Condition Red, I'm making decisions now, reactive and proactive as needed.
