The first one that came to mind was Las Vegas simply because it was supposed to have one more season but got canceled during the writers strike and therefore the show ended with a cliffhanger and no resolution.
Other than that:
Boy Meets World
Classic Nickelodeon like Salute Your Shorts, Hey Dude, Are You Afraid of the Dark?, Pete and Pete, etc.
Old school Saturday morning programming like Saved By The Bell, California Dreams, Hang Time, etc.
Pretty much anything by Aaron Sorkin (Sports Night, West Wing, Studio 60)
