Not a good idea for Lebron to go to Chicago IMO. The MJ shadow would be almost unbearable.

I hope he goes to Miami. And I hope Bosh says hey, I'm going to take a pay cut and I'm coming too.

Then I can't wait to buy tickets to the Cleveland/Miami games in Cleveland. I'd buy tickets and fly home for that if I lived in Hawaii.

I'd be happy with a 3 & 6 combo.

Wasn't there someone a few months ago that said Cleveland will try to trade for Chris Paul because the hornets believe collison is a cheaper addition??

I've come to the same point with Cavs fans that I did with Browns fans years ago--I can't be part of this pathetic excuse for a fanbase.
Some fan you are, rooting for Lebron to leave Cleveland. Nothing screams tool more than the guy who gives up on his team because of "the fans", apparently we hurt your feelings or something...

I find it funny that Chris Broussard, after one game, has now changed his gut feeling from Cleveland to Chicago for LeBron.

No.

My gut feeling is that LeBron will still sign back with the Cavs. I haven't changed my opinion there.

Broussard said two different things on back to back shows on ESPN today. He has no idea wtf he thinks.

I'm kinda hoping Lebron does leave, so we don't have to deal w/ SQ's douchey ass anymore and he can go rimjob lebron somewhere else

I'll still be here, you'll just hate me more when whoever he's playing for runs over the Cavs at least twice a year.

I would hope so. He was a badass.

But I don't want any from you anyways, you go to OU. Nearly every person I've ever met that went to OU was a douche bag, so I'm not surprised you are how you are.

No offense ts1227, you're one of the few who wasn't.

Rose, a shooter (Ray Allen?), LeBron, Gibson, and Noah will win 65 games and a championship next year.

Not sure that'd be any better than the team he is on now.

W&G who is a very reliable Cavs insider on RCF said it would definitely be a possibility and that "Dan Gilbert isn't going to sit around on his hands while other teams try to take his best player"

There were murmurs that a JJ Hickson/West/Mo package would be put together for NO.

Do it. Tomorrow.

Wouldn't even be a terrible move for NO IMO, I also believe that they have something nice in Collison and could use their money elsewhere and actually get better.

Everybody knows the financial situation in NO is nothing short of bad. I honestly think that they love what they have in Collison (I can't blame them) and if they can get some young pieces with some good talent to compliment what they already have, they'll do it.. Especially if it saves them money.

Sebastian Telfar could be thrown in too with his expiring contract.

I'd hope the Hornets wouldn't make that trade. That would be a terrible deal. Mo Williams is garbage, West is just solid, and Hickson is a nice player. That deal would kill basketball n New Orleans. Who would the fans want to watch?

It's not about getting those players. It's about moving Paul's big contract because you have a very capable young gun on the bench and allocating it elsewhere. Those players get tossed in to make the money work and it gives NO tons of options. It would seem like a weird trade to a lot of people because Paul is a BIG name, but it wouldn't surprise me all that much really. NO has an dilemma on their hands in this situation, Collison needs to be on the floor, he's not the kind of player that you want to pay to sit on the bench. He's a good player and if it isn't clear to everyone yet that you need a TEAM to win, then I'm not sure it ever will be. They could potentially better their team by moving their best player, which isn't something you hear everyday so it's weird. But now might be as good a time as ever for them to try and do it. Paul has a TON of value, the moves a team can make with that off the books shouldn't be underestimated.

Not to mention, when you look at the forecast in the West--don't you think it may take drastic measures to try and rise to the top? But who knows, this offseason could change the entire face of the NBA and both conferences. There are going to be A LOT of teams that look different at the beginning of next season. Some drastically.

Rose is far better than anyone Lebron is playing with, and Noah would be better than any of the bigs on the Cavs roster right now.

You get a second free agent signing and you have the making of a frontrunner for the championship.

Noah better than any of the bigs on the Cavs roster????

I'd take Jamison, JJ and Andy over him right now.

Of course, that is based on the knowledge I have now--I have no idea how well Noah would compliment LeBron, which could certainly make him better. But it's a false notion that EVERY player will be better along side LeBron.
