One of the worst presidents in history IMO. Would have continued running for president if he could, they had to pass an amendment so no one could try and make a power grab like FDR did. Tried to load up the Supreme Court. Not too mention all the social programs he enacted. WW2 is the only thing that saved FDR and gave him the image of a great president.
