Russell owns an oil TANKER company... all he oversees is a small fleet of trucks. (even that is in question though as you mentioned, as apparently if you google the address there is nothing but a double wide)

CBS (and Russell) tend to leave the word tanker out, because it doesn't sound nearly as good.
From what I have read and seen, he is listed as an owner, but on each site he is listed on the yearly revenues range from 50K to 2 million, and are different on each site, hence why people think he made this all up and even posted on these business sites to fool CBS execs

A true survivor is that boy that survived the plan crash in Libya. Only survivor, 103 died. Kid would eat the Survivor contestants for lunch.

I've met the guy and hung out with him when he's done apprearances with my friend...he's a truly wierd person. Well, that's not quite the word - I'd say scandolous and caniving (sp?). He cannot hold a conversation without his eyes dancing around the room to see what kind of angle he's gonna play next, and cannot sit still because he's always thinking of what's next. You could NEVER trust this guy in real life. The contestants say they are just "playing the game" on tv, but there is a big part of their true personality in everything they do. This guy is just plain narcisistic and a bad dude. I believe he made evrything up to get on the show. He was friends with several of the Survivor's from previous episodes (James the grave-digger and Boo - i don't know who he is - that's how he got on in the first place). I believe the producers planted him to some extent on the show. He was chosen to do Heroes vs. Villians halfway through the Samoa season, before the tribes even merged.
Regardless, it makes great TV in my opinion. It's a TV show afterall.

If I were on the jury and I had a vote I can guarantee you that neither Sandra or Parvati would get my vote. Parv is actually one of my all-time favorite Survivors, but I just couldn't vote for a previous winner to win it again.

I agree that if it's those three that make it to the final that she'd win but it won't be those three. Whoever end up winning the final immunity challenge will definitely take Russell because they know everyone hates him and he has no chance of winning.

I wouldn't want to take a chance against Russell. He may have screwed most of the jury but you have to admit, he's one hell of a player. I'd rather see him win than someone like Colby who has done zero this time.

You are correct that he is a hell of a player, however, we look at the game objectively. I remember last season when Dave was talking about voting for the winner that he used to watch the show at home and complain about people being too emotional when voting for the winner. He said that he promised himself that if he were on the jury that he would put his feeling aside even if he got screwed over and make his decision objectively based on who outwitted and outplayed everyone the best. But when he had to make his decision he said it's easy to be objective at home, but when you're actually out there you realize how important the social and emotional aspects of the game are and you can't make a completely objective decision. It's nice to think that most of the people will be objective and realize that Russell is the best player out there and reward him for that, but I think they all had their feelings hurt by Russell and they won't be able to let that go.

Did you miss all of last season? I hated him at the beginning of Samoa, but after a few episodes he became my favorite player ever.

I love Russell I wish everyone played as hard as he does. In all honesty what has Jerry, Colby, and Sandra really done to get them to the final 5? Not much except not trying to stir up trouble and making Russell look like the bad guy.

Russell is a great player, but he'll never win the game. Richard Hatch is the only player ever to win because he was the "best player". The jury awarded him the money because he played the best. Ever since then, for 19 seasons, the jury awards the money based on relationships, social aspects, etc. The show is a huge social game, the challenges just help you get to a point of protection from being voted out or whatever. It's not about strategy when it comes down to the final jury votes, it's about who they bonded with, who they feel comfortable handing over a million dollars too, or who they want to screw over. That's why Russell will never win, this season or any other; too many people on that jury hate him, just as in Samoa.

I always wondered how Russell got on the cast of Heroes v. Villains when they hadn't even completed his original season yet.

As far as Sunday's episode, I don't think Russell will win. They could play the game 1,000 times and he would make the final 3 1,000 times, but probably wouldn't win any of them. He screws way too many people over and makes way too many enemies, and that is his downfall. I hope he gets runner up, that way we can see him get pissed off again at the finale, haha! I think Parvati should win, IMO, she's played a great game and hasn't cut many people's throats. If Sandra wouldn't have played the idol and then gotten voted off, it would have been one of the dumbest moves ever.

Colby is a stupid douche.Hell he did nothing all season then made himself look like a complete ass when he yelled at his brother.

Sandra did nothing and should have been gone a month ago.

Jeri did very little except get Coach all hard.Since then she has gone back to nothing.

Russell is the best and I hope he does win somehow.

Parvarti has played well and will win it.

Colby did look like a total douche Thursday, yelling at his brother. He hasn't done anything this season, and Jeri has just done what Russell has told her to do.

Hear, hear.

I've been saying Russell is the man since last season and everyone has kept complaining about how "mean" he is. It's a FREAKING game people. And he is the best at it, probably of all time.

Dont count Russell out on the voting yet. There has been enough done over the past few episodes to make Parvati look like the mastermind. Russell may be able to convince the jury that he just followed along Parvati and she is the more evil of the two.
