Man Perry continues their surprise run. We'll see if they can keep it up but there is a lot of momentum in Perry Township right now.
Lake with a nice bounce-back after the Luther injury. Boardman didn't change my opinion that they have no offense.
Jackson contained Dunn like they had to, but the offense didn't do enough to win.
Don't know much about the McK/Fitch game other then I seem to have underestimated Fitch.
Shaping up to be a great season in the Fed.

The beating MCK took from Lake really has defeated the Puppies mentally ...... can the dogs regroup for respectable game against the tiger..?coyotes22;487785 wrote:Fitch over Mck- 24-12

They better worry about GlenOak and Perry first.
Or they may be 4-4 when they have to travel to Boardman!!!!!

Uniontown Lake will vie for the D-2 title this year if they beat Mentor Lake Catholic.

^^^ I doubt that. Remember, they play in the Fed. They will get beat in the early rounds of the playoffs.

I take it that that is a slight on the Federal. They beat us in a scrimmage as well . Like I said MLC must be loaded so if they get by them they will go to state.

Last name, his first name is Elijah.
This week Perry travels up to Boardman to try to show that they are for real. Not an easy task going to Boardman and coming back with a win, but Boardman can't score so I think Perry wins. Prediction: Perry
Lake plays Hoover. Hoover is bad and Lake shouldn't have much trouble with them. Prediction: Hoover
Fitch plays Glenoak in what will probably be the Federal League Game of the Week. Fitch, like Perry, is trying to garner some respect from the other Fed teams. Glenoak needs to find someone that can take some of the burden off of Dunn. They really can't pass the ball at all, although last week at Jackson #1 Autry had some nice runs. He's a little bit faster then Dunn and Glenoak is hoping he can be a change of pace back. Prediction: Glenoak
Jackson travels to Fawcett to take on the Bulldogs. McKinley is surely angry after losing two straight games and will look to exert themselves on Jackson. It will take a good offensive showing by Jackson to stay in this one. The defense has been playing well lately and will need to continue that play to keep Farrakhan at bay. Prediction: It pains me, but McKinley

Games this week:
McKinley @ Glenoak: Glenoak is too one-dimensional and McKinley is one team that they can't out-athlete. Prediction: McKinley
Fitch @ Jackson: As much as I would like for Jackson to pull the upset, they've been hit pretty hard by injuries this week. That, combined with Fitch's speed, is going to make it very hard for the Bears to stay in the game. I don't think it'll be a blowout, but Prediction: Fitch
Lake @ Perry: Man talk about a team decimated by injuries. Lake was supposed to be a contender for the DII title this year, but just about everything has gone against the Streaks so far. Perry's resurgence had a slight speed bump last week but they return home, where they are 4-0 this year, and look to keep rolling. Prediction: Perry
Boardman @ Hoover: Two teams that I don't know very much about. Both teams are coming off big wins last week. Which one keeps it going and who falls back into their old form? I think Hoover is just a little too young. Prediction: Boardman
McKinley @ Glenoak: Glenoak is too one-dimensional and McKinley is one team that they can't out-athlete. Prediction: McKinley

I'm going the GO / Mck game after last week GO has something to prove plus a good win to nights put GO back in the title contention. Mck is just not a team that can stay focus, to many mistakes and missed assignments. This will be a close match but once GO get the running game going you’ll see more passing to open up the running game. Mck defense has holes .. GO by a TD
I would never what to play Perry after they lose …Lake is just beat physically … Perry by 2 TD
Two Youngtown teams will have a easy night …
Fitch by 24 over Jackson and the same for Boardman over Hoover
