Qb from Oregon had four hour meeting with Hertler,,,, last week

The kids mom does not want to move to Massillon...His dad also was unimpressed with the academics and lack of AP courses.

Also...he is a better baseball player than even a football player...he is considering Green and Hoover...

He talked to Jeff Hite...Hoover baseball coach...

Hertler told him that they are set at QB for at least two years...he said he might not start til his senior yr

His dad was impressed with the honesty,,,, of course he told him he would be given the opportunity to win the starting job...if he is good enough

Thinks he is finishing his school year in oregon and then moving here to decide...

With McCormick (sr) and Tonn (soph), he may not start at all at Massillon.

Was his dad "impressed" with a leader of young men getting a DUI?

Was his dad "impressed" with two players taking "illegal substances" to a school dance....TWO YEARS IN A ROW?

Was his dad "impressed" with players beating up and robbing the pizza man?

Was his dad "impressed" with the vacancy sign in Hertlers basement window?

Was his dad "impressed" with Hoovers .200 winning pct. vs Massillon?

Big Question(s):

Could Massillon be joining the Fed in the next year or two?

With Fitch leaving, could Boardman be next?

Would that open the door to an ALL STARK County Fed league?

Breaking news

When the subject of Massillon and Warren joining the league was the main topic of discussion a while back, I believe Mr. Eaton made the comment that the AD's in the league wanted to keep it an 8 Tm. league. In the meantime, Austintown has basically bolted the league, and even the least educated Fed fan can do the math here, 8-1=7.

The question is, will the Fed AD's be men enough to admit the Tigers to their Country club, er, I mean, league?

Why would we vote white trash trailor park kids into our league?

The question is, why WOULDN'T you vote in a team that would FINALLY give some credibility to a, let's be honest here, stinker league?

Question, do "trailor trash kids" take "illigal substances" to school dances....TWO YEARS IN A ROW?

Are they led by men who get DUI's despite the fact that they are figureheads in the community?

Do they beat up and rob the pizza man?

I wanna see Massillon get in... then at least someone can run with McK... cuz we know the other teams have their years but when really?... Let Massillon in and the league champion list will be crammed with McK's and Mass's....

I don't want Massillon to join the Fed. I want them to remain independent so they always have a free date to play my boys from Steubenville.

I'm surprised there aren't as many Fed fans on here. It seems like I'm the only one here to defend my Polar Bears :D

What's Jacksons chances this year? I see alot of people picking them at the bottom of the league, but it's also easy to see a team that went 0-10 the previous year and just dismiss them for the upcoming season. I thought I would ask someone who is probably more in the know than most.

2nd year in a new system is always going to be better then the first year. Plus there was a real talent deficiency last year with the senior class overall. This year's junior and senior classes have a bit more talent. They aren't going to compete for a Fed title, but 3-4 wins and being much more competitive is very likely this season.

Come on now I know I can't be the only Fed fan on here. Figure with the season fast approaching I'd bump this up
