Instead of being emotional, and trying to one up me, read carefully. I explained why it was critical i.e. in this case.

No. Boston blows leads all the time. One of the worst in the NBA at holding a lead.
I guess they blow these leads because they NEVER take these games for granted, especially after having big leads.

The last thing I am is emotional following a game that has zero bearing on where my team finishes the season without 2 bigs even suited up.

Egg nog is for Christmas chief...not Easter, better lay off it before you hit the highway...LOL

Yeah, they don't take them for granted. They just have a lot of senior citizens who have dead legs in 4th quarters. They don't have a finisher anymore outside of Ray Allen and that isn't very reliable.

And I love how people think this was a big game for Cleveland after everyone saw them lose. No one thought that before the game. And if you ask me, the Cavs come out on top after this one anyways. The proved they can do what they want to Boston--without 2 of their top 6 players. Everyone is talkin' about Shaq--who clearly would make a difference against a center-less team (Perkins is an unathletic PF, that's all, he's just beef). But what about Andy? He is the devil as far as the Celtics are concerned. And we come back from a 20 point defecit with our coach in the locker room, LeBron can't make a 3 for the life of him, terrible officials, IN Boston, in a game that Boston really does need to win...

LMAO, the fork was stuck in the Celtics long ago--IF they make if out of the first round and at this point I'm doubting that, they'll be finished off quickly by the Cavs or Magic.

And don't forget, this was the team that was the consensus #1 in the East this year...

KG is one of the biggest assholes in the NBA. I hope the Cavs do play them in the second round so they can sweep them and shut his loud, obscenity-filled mouth for good. He still thinks he is an elite player when it is clear he has tired, old legs. And what the hell is he doing before the game starts and second half starts? Looks like he is playing with himself while standing up against the basket padding. I can't stand his stupid ass.

Haven't read any of this thread and I only watched the last 15 seconds of the game, but that last 3 by Lebron had me laughing. He did not want any part of overtime....he wanted the game to end one way or another. It is nice that they can coast till the playoffs now, but I hope they are "hot" when the playoffs start.

As for KG, his frustration at his team slipping and his play falling is quite comical.

This!! You'll never get a better look at a game winning 3. Knocks it down, then brutal loss for Celts.

Why didn't Mo play in the 4th? This was probably discussed but I don't want to read this whole thread cause I know it will just upset me but I would like to know why Mo didn't play in the 4th. Trying to get caught up is difficult after a loss.

Mike Malone stuck with the line up that was hot and brought them back from that 22 point deficit.

Heard on WKNR that he might have been hurt again.

I dunno... Windy tweeted after the game that Mo wasn't hurt, but Malone wanted to stick with the hot line up.. Mo didn't say anything about being hurt either..

He did say this though:
Tough loss, we did a great job. Even refs have off nights so we gone cut them some slack. No excuses. Boston don't want to see us though.

Mooooo Gotti was the brutal assassin today. Fun to watch. Perfect shooting. Ray Allen was 6 for 9 from deep and some were highly contested.

Cavs sent a clear message today even in defeat.

LeBron and Jamison clanked 12 free throws today...not good.

Z did some great things in the 4th quarter.

Happy Easter Boobie Gibson. Would be nice to see your face once in awhile on the court.

LTrain23 wrote: No, Orlando is because imo, Boston isn't a threat to Cleveland.

Today proved that even further. Cleveland was obviously fine with coasting through this one until Boston started yapping.

I'm sorry, but Boston made a mistake here.
SQ_Crazies wrote: LOL @ ANY Celtic fan that wants to talk shit--if it takes a 20+ point lead for you to have to beat the Cavs, then you're FUCKED. Good luck getting that far out in front in the playoffs. Your team had a 22 point lead at one point and that was hardly enough for them to survive..I wouldn't say much.

Cavs over the Celtics in 4 games if they meet in the playoffs--they got the Cavs fired up today, they'll be on a mission in that series. And I think KG legitimately got LeBron's juices flowing. I bet he can't wait to get back on the court with that punk.
