Yeah I did the same. I already made the mistake of having a NYT subscription in the past. Won't do that again because they make it impossible to cancel.

That sucks. I don’t play Wordle through the NYT subscription, though.  I do have a subscription I use to play other games.  I’ll check out Wordle there and see if it lets me.

Well, I’ll be damned.  Ask Wordlebot is not available on the subscription site. That’s stupid. 

Weird.  It's free to subscribe for Wordle.  Added bonus that you won't lose your stats if you're logged in.

3 words left on my last guess, and you give me 74% for skill?  Also, read an article there's a new expanded word list, and the new editor is also using themes.  You might have picked up on that like today, or "feast" over Thanksgiving.

My first word brought my next choices down to six and I guessed the right one. 

I was thinking that you guys who can’t get Ask Wordle could try using the non-subscription site with your guesses for the day. That way you wouldn’t lose your stats.

I’m not risking it. The stats they give gut seem made up. Would be cool knowing how many words were left after each but wouldn’t change anything. My streak would be around 200 but my driving across the time zone reset it. Don’t want to lose my stats 🤷🏻‍♂️.

Anyone at 100% Would take someone to lose only 1 time (I’ve failed twice) and played 200+ times…assuming they round up

Guess I need to be more awake when I do this damn game.
