Buck?

Bingo.

Kurt Warner I met a few times during NBC games he was color commentator for. Really nice guy. Super smart with his breakdowns but struggles conveying it to a TV audience.

Flutie I discussed above

Nantz met briefly a few times during SB 50 in San Francisco. I was newer-ish hire at that point, so stood back while co-workers handled his questions. Have met him a bit at 2 NCAAT sites (see Raftery below), but we are less involved with announcers for that show.

Raftery I have been on 2 NCAAT with him. He is a fucking hoot. We get assigned our NCAAT sites before Selection Sunday, and then once the matchups and stuff are revealed, the announcers and times are assigned by CBS. So I am always praying I get the A or B crew announcers. Raft will stay up drinking at the hotel bar with whoever wants to sit and chat with him. Nicest man, and one of the quickest wits I have ever seen.

Yeah…I saw you had Raftery and was jealous. He has to be quick witted with how he calls a game.

Stewart?

Yup. I have come close to meeting him twice, but missed out by a few minutes both times.

Here are the ones I haven’t explained yet

Reba McEntire - got my wife and I backstage passes to a concert for her birthday. She was as sweet as can be

Brock Lesnar - ran into him and his wife while walking around the Mall of America. We converse for about two minutes

Dick Cheney - he rode my submarine in 2004

Bob Dole - I was a chaperone for an honor flight to DC. Met him at the WWII memorial

Mick Foley - met him during WWE Tribute to the Troops week in Norfolk
