I'm in a 14 team league with 15 roster slots + 1 IR slot. I have the #1 waiver slot I've been hanging on to for a couple weeks. Is Rishard Matthews worth using that pick? There's always somebody that breaks out each week, but my league is PPR and I've always won(never missed playoffs, been in the ship 6/7 years) by having receivers that score, even if they're no names.

Thoughts?

Matthews should continue to get lots of targets in the slot.
