The kid was welcomed in by the daughter, he didn't enter illegally. His invitation was then revoked by the father which he has every right to. You don't have every right to pull a gun out while revoking their privilege of being there. Cops aren't dumb... the guy will be arrested.

LOL. Underage kids living in a home do not have that right. The homeowners, aka the parents, are the ones who hold that right. If you come in and are startled by someone who is not supposed to be there, pointing a gun at them and telling them to leave is within your rights in the state of Ohio. The homeowner will NOT be arrested. You will be questioned and released. If the DA found wrong doing and wanted to charge you, a warrant would be issued at that time. I find it hilarious that I have had in depth conversations with Ken Hansen about this stuff (the lawyer who wrote every gun law since the concealed carry law in 2004) yet people want to argue....

Your daughter invited him in.. it's not burglary at that point. If you come home, tell him to leave.. he refuses to... then yes, he's committed a crime. Laws are laws whether its "shit ass NE Ohio" or lame ass central Ohio. I don't give a fuck if you're a self proclaimed "student" of gun laws, you're wrong.
