There may end up being a "Freak Off" in his cell.  He's not going to enjoy that one as much as he did the ones in the past.  I doubt baby oil is available.

I think he could get up to 20 years, total.  But if it gets reduced, then possibly you have reduced sentence for good behavior.  He may only end-up serving 5-7 years, which is disappointing but a lot of analysts felt the RICO charges was a gross overreach and the state never came close to meeting the burden.

Good the judge didn't release him pending appeals.  That process, given Diddy's resources, will likely take years to play out.
