Quite a few HOFers throughout, but this was my favorite pull. I think it would get a 10 if I sent it in, I might try because I don’t have this one yet.

A lot of potential coin in a 9 grade of a sharp but low value card

Anyone ever been to Midwest Cards in the Arena District? Really cool place. Prices were very reasonable. Picked up these two and a bunch of vintage packs last weekend.

I had so much fun buying and opening the old 80s/90s packs I've started buying up sealed boxes on ebay. Currently have a 1992 Fleer box. Just bought a 1991 and 1992 Upper Deck box last night. Trying to get them for an average of a dollar a pack or less for most boxes, but will end up spending more on some boxes with better rookies.

There are some pretty cool chase cards in a lot of these old junk wax sets, too. Various autographs before they really became a thing on cards. I know Upper Deck has some pretty huge autos, and I'd love to pull the Michael Jordan baseball rookie from 1991 UD. 1992 Donruss has Cal Ripken Jr autos.

Thoughts on miss-cut vintage cards?

This one looks spectacular otherwise, and is priced more like a 4. Very tempting.

I hate the miscuts because it’s the main thing I see first but it’s a great card, but it would bother me

Miscuts don’t bother me. We see with the newer card how bad centering is on some of them. I think I would rather have that miscut then a badly creased card

I added the card to my watchlist and he sent me an offer to buy at $275 ($25 off). Dammit man.

My wife has agreed to go to a card show with me tomorrow at Eastgate Mall out by Jungle Jim's. I'm going to give her a list of HOFers and have her search the dollar boxes for cards from the 80s and 90s. Honestly shocked she agreed to it but I'll take the help. I didn't realize this card show existed until a few weeks ago, and apparently it's huge. They have the show once a month and the last one had over 390 tables.

How are your prices? :)

Did a little damage at the card show yesterday and picked up a few big rookies for my collection. Will post some pictures later today when I get a chance.

Cool….I’d sell cheaper than any site or business by a lot. Save me the hassle plus I need to buy a car for myself and my new fister child and well, I’m a teacher lol

Ok finally going to post my card show hauls. First up is a HOF RC pair I picked up as a bundle from the same guy. Didn’t even ask but he gave me a $10 discount off the pair. Guess the total price.

Good guesses. The Yount was $45, the Winfield was $65, I got them both for an even $100.

These were $1/each, 6 for $5, so only $10 for all.
