I’m gonna bet we sell Bauer, but that Antonetti doesn’t go full in “sell mode”.
I think the smart thing would be to trade to starters at the deadline of Kluber/Carrasco/Bauer. Probably won’t get as much as if they had done this before the season (gee, who could’ve seen this coming). But if they are smart, they can turn the assets into part of the team going forward and be right back next year for 1 final run before unloading in Lindors final year.
The staff looks to still be in good shape. Clevinger and Bieber at the top (and hopefully McKenzie ends up the Ace). Plesac and Rodriguez seems to be a solid 4/5.
