I'm an episode behind, but I'm enjoying Billions this season.

I thought last night's, Ep7, was great. Wendy's arc this season is pretty interesting.
I finally started Sex Education last week. I have 3 left and love it. It is so funny.

It was really great. Wendy is evil, and it makes for good television.
The kids in Sex Education are my children and I would die for them. (Which I've said before on this thread.)
season 2 of Dark on June 21st
Yeah, the last several seasons were pretty mediocre.....but BBT finale was one of the best ever.

Have it DVR’d, heard the same...looking forward to it
I've been on the road lately, so I've been watching a lot of shows recently.
I finished Season 2 of Fleabag on Prime over the weekend. It is 6 episodes, each under 30 mins. It is so freaking hilarious. One of the funniest shows I have watched in a while.
I finished the Netflix show 1983. It is Polish and anyone that likes alternative history, give it a shot. An event happens in 1983 and then the show jumps 20 years to an alternate history where Poland is a very authoritative state. I enjoyed it.
I'm most of the way through Babylon Berlin on Netflix. German show set in 1929. Very dark and a typical firm noir. I didn't know anything about it, but enjoy it.
The season finale of Barry last night after Thrones was pretty damn good too.
Chernobyl has been very, very good and equally devastating.
Any fans of Big Bang Theory?
I enjoyed the finale, along with the special show they ran after it.
Still watching this Jeopardy streak. Crazy how James finds the daily doubles all the time. Anyone else watching?

Fuck that guy.
I’m really getting into The Village—it’s well cast with actors who aren’t ‘mainstream’, yet fit their roles perfectly. I also like the story lines, as they are dedicated yet interwoven. Good show, especially for network TV.

Why????

He's still going? Very interesting. From what I've read, he's basically Ken Jennings with a better value-add strategy.

Yeah, agreed. I know the story, but woah is it sad to watch in spots. Jared Harris is great in it.

Think it's 24 in a row. Yesterday he wasn't even leading by that much, then got two daily doubles in a row which put it away immediately. He bets a lot more than Jennings, and doesn't miss very often. Not sure why some people don't like the guy or his streak, I think it's great for the show.

how so? I'd rather they stop the players at five consecutive wins like they used to--keeps things fresh, IMO

Well, way more people are tuning in to see if he keeps winning. It's all about ratings. Who wants to see a guy win 5 in a row and then stop coming on so all the other random people who know all this dumb shit can come on? I used to watch Jeopardy daily growing up, and now flip it on if I'm home at 7:30, but I've been way more invested the last few weeks. The Teachers tournament couldn't have come at a worse time.

Thoroughly enjoyed all 3 episodes so far. It makes me feel uneasy. I love shows/movies like that.
