I learned during the Cleveland ball game on Monday night that long time sportscaster Dan Coughlin had passed away. I had conversations with him from time to time.
It was a slow death
In a more WTF? one, I read a few days ago that Flea died. I was confused because I think it was the fourth of the month I read it and it said he died the first and I was thinking if the RHCP's bassist died, I would have heard about it a lot quicker than three days after the fact.
So I read the article and it was a different bass player for some underground punk band who also went by the name "Flea" that died and not the famous one who is the only musician that 99.9% of people would think of when they heard the word "Flea" associated with music.
So, RIP to that guy. The other Flea.
