I see on here that officially New Phila and Salem jobs are open. Unofficially I heard Cambridge is as well. Any info on these?

Any other openings officially or unofficially?

Knite, Is Turson retiring? Any word about Crestline as well?

BRM, Did the Ridgedale coach find another job? Did he step down?

Justafan, what's the scoop in Ashland?

I believe Mt. Gilead job is open, can't recall if its boys or girls. Also, Gilead Christian might not have sports next year as they are getting hit hard by enrollment figures. There might be a couple of other MOAC changes.

I feel real out of the loop now I'm in NE Ohio.

gameover, I'm not real sure about Lavengood at AHS. The newspaper stated "family considerations." He has coached in the Ashland b-ball system for 14 years, comes as a surprise to me. They had a down year this year, but they were young and returning lots of kids.

He was the JV baseball coach in Galion for a year, correct?

I just saw him at the state tournaments this year.

Mt. Gilead is the girls, not the boys. Buckeye Valley is girls as well.

Below is a link of posted job openings in Ohio:

Some are shocking, but then again nothing is surprising these days.

^Very interesting. I'm interested in what he can do as he has no prior coaching experience. You can't take away what he's accomplished though and how he played the game.

I think he's going to do wonders there.

Gameover:

I don't get on here all that often, so I missed this. I also didn't see you in C-bus end of March. You are now on double, not so secret, probation.

Turson hung it up, not surprising, as his son is moving on to play college hoops.

Robby wore out his welcome (according to some) with a few of the power brokers in Ashland. I don't recall, if he was in Galion, but that does seem possible. He's a good guy.
