it most definitely can be..just get a bol, no rice, no cheese, no sour cream..basically meat, beans, salsa, lettuce...and dont eat the whole thing, same some for later

going tortilla-less saves 500 calories right off that bat

The end of the day. The dog has been put away, the wife is in bed reading or watching TV, and the house is quiet. That hour or so of being able to wind down is my reward for what are normally pretty full days.
