I may even watch the Making of vid. They showed short clips at the end of each show, and seeing how close those cameramen got to the komodo's was just nuts!

Tuskytuffguy, that got pretty hairy almost. They were mighty close when the komodos moved in!!

I know a guy who did a month long study on the island(s) with the Komodos. Said they are very aggressive, and you have to be prepared. Im guessing they werent interested in the humans because of the protection they had and because the water buffalo was normal prey. But some of the islands they inhabit they kill humans quite often when they are hungary.

Images were just incredible for this show. I loved the flying fish and the birds that mimicked each other. Friend told me to watch it and it was incredible so now I am hooked.
