All joking aside, I think Guiness should remove records that encourage people to behave in a medically dangerous way. I'm sure there are a plenty of women out there looking to be the world's thinnest, which of course is just as dangerous.
If this woman really wants to do something positive for the world, she should use the donations she gets from the sickos who want to watch her eat and give the money to a local food bank.
