Yeah, they do. It's a pain to get invites too. I have a 1.05 ratio with 15GB uploaded and I haven't earned any yet. It's not wasting your time when you want to use a good PRIVATE tracker like Demonoid instead of perhaps the largest PUBLIC tracker, btjunkie.
