The committee got it right until CBS announced the 3rd #1 seed. Then the rest of the show went down the shitter.

LOL. I think that's a pretty accurate assessment.

We'll have to get together and watch that game if it happens.
For sure Ewok! Prestige Worldwide motherfuckers!!!!!!!!
You know it.

Anybody else get the feeling that slingshot is still smarting over the 2003 National title game? LOL. He really does hate Syracuse.
I don't hate Syracuse. I hate Carmelo Anthony and Gerry McNamara. "We wouldn't have won 10 fucking games, not 10!!!!!"
Don't forget about Hakim Warrick and his national championship-clinching block! :D

Anybody kind of pissed that some of the mid-majors that could have made some noise got stuck against each other, a la Boise St./TCU in the Fiesta Bowl? I thought that Temple, Cornell, St. Mary's and Richmond all had the talent to take down a big boy on day 1 and instead they're matched in games against each other. Its almost like the NCAA didn't want all of them to be able to potentially ruin millions of brackets across the country and said "Instead of you 4 potentially bringing down our wonderful tourney, only 2 of you will get the opportunity"

I pretty much agree with everyone else as far as the midwest. They almost made the other 3 brackets boring compared to it.

Xavier should be playing Illinois in my opinion, not Minnesota. But I'll be happy to beat another Big 10 team again. And a rematch with Pitt? Oh how I want to beat them even though its not very likely.

By the way, what OSU people will I be seeing there. I'll probably be getting an all-session. Excited to see some familiar faces hopefully.

I like Xavier to potentially make a Sweet 16 run. I thnk they have some favorable matchups.

ccrunner, I knew it was the dollar that made those matchups. I just shudder to think at would could have been had those 4 got a big boy the first day out

Man, Midwest is BRUTAL!

I really like G'Town to take down OSU, but I hope im wrong. I wanna see my boy Buford in the Final Four (and I wouldnt mind seeing more of Evan Turner)

OSU makes it out of that bracket to the Final Four and I'll forever change to an OSU avatar. The feat would literally be that impressive. I think they have an Elite 8 in them eventually losing to Kansas.

This. As big of a Buckeye fan as I am I don't see them beating Kansas. They could get bounced early or could make a run

I don't even see OSU having a chance to play KU, as I think G'Town takes them down.

But we'll see.

As a KU fan, i'd rather see G'town rather than OSU, simply b/c of Turner.

Put them in another bracket, say against Duke though and they could have. Really unfair draw for a lot of teams in that region.

I agree cinciX...OSU, more than KU probably, got screwed being the last #2 seed and getting the best/hottest 3 seed team in their bracket.
Atleast for KU, the 4 seed, Maryland, is probably the 3rd best 4 seed (purdue being the worst).

I'm just not afraid of Maryland/ACC teams in this tourney.

I absolutely loved Kansas' reaction to when they got shown by CBS. It was pretty much 'fuck you we know we are the best we don't need you to tell us that'. No jumping up and down when you are that good.

A longer time to wait. Can drive you nuts, sitting there all day Thursday watching games.

The 2 seed means absolutely nothing this year. Look at Purdue's 4 seed. I would trade Ohio State's 2 seed for Purdue's 4 seed in the blink of an eye.

BTW, I also think OSU goes down to G'Town. I was just stating that I love Buford from our run ins together in Toledo. I also like to watch Turner so I want him to advance. I just dont see it happening this year.

Yeah you don't want to play Siena in the 1st round, but if they do win that, they would have an easier path to the Final Four.

That's how ridiculous that bracket is, Sienna is the toughest team next to Duke in that braacket.

The only teams in this year's field of 65 which have reached the Sweet 16 in each of the past two years are Michigan State, Xavier, Villanova and Kansas, with the Jayhawks as the only school in the field to make it the past three years. Thats from ESPN.

You bitches can dog on me for never having a Final Four, but damnit we are trying down here!
