I don't think the committee waits this long.

I think they get finished early and just act like they're working up to the final minute.

Not sure if that's good or bad for Minnesota, probably good.

After the game Matta said he is deeply concerned with the lack of energy out of Lighty and Turner.. too many minutes played? He is scared that they will still be tired come friday. Poor guys.

Eh, sort of. Diebler has to play like this in the tournament for them to have a chance--and he's been known to suck it up when they need him most.
You actually think it's mandatory for Turner to score 30 and Diebler, Lighty, and Buford all to score 20 for them to win a tournament game???????????????

I think it's mandatory for Diebler to shoot the ball well if they want to make a real run.

All these guys like Turner, Lighty, Diebler have good character. They're senior-like even though juniors.

Let's see the draw that's going to be key to avoid too many tough matchups but they have survival potential.

You've never heard of selling BS to your opponent?? Matta is one hell of a bridge salesman.

For those of you too busy to switch back and forth. The Browns traded Brady Quinn to Denver for FB Hollis Stacy and 2 mid levell draft picks.

Definately helps, but they could get by certain teams. Bottom line, OSU has 4 guys capable of scoring. TO make a run, you need at least 3 of the 4 to step up. Against a top team, all four would be needed.
But Turner is the trump card...the guy is good enough to carry a team, to make a come back, to keep you in a game.
As Kellogg noted...this team can make some great runs. You saw it yesterday, you saw it today. A 10-20 pt run is the difference in a game.

Ohio State can't win if Turner scores 30, Lighty and Buford score 20 and Diebler scores 5????????????

The second half today was one of the most impressive halfs of basketball I've seen forom the Buckeyes in a long time, including the 2nd half against Purdue.

Congratulations Buckeyes!
