Bottom line is Bucknutz paid more for this this name change than Justin did.

Ohiochatter as a site name has much more marketing potential than JJhuddle or Freehuddle.

Another bad business decision that will turn around and bite our friends at Bucknutz in the ass.

Should have renamed it to "thissitesbetter.com"

So what legal standing does Fucknutz have in forcing the change of a website's name that they have no connections to whatsoever? Could some lawyer-type person elaborate on how this is possible.

The other place is going down hill in a hand basket, and this place keeps moving up. I could care less what the name is, as I just like the freedom that this place has allowed me to have. It's nice being treated like an adult than being over moderated like I was a high schooler.

example..shit, yappi, JJ, freehuddle, seriuos business...ya see these words are allowed here and would be censored out over there. It's too freakin' serious over there since it's a business to them, where it is a hobby for Justin...and he's paying for it out of his pocket.

Just wondering if the "serious business" thing towards the top will be moved? I noticed when coming to the site (when not logged in), it talks about "serious business" and "serious business dot com." Will that be changed at all? Thanks and hell of a site!

It changed for me, of course I've made Ohiochatter.com as my home page....and when I launch Freehuddle.com, in Firefox, I get a nice message of the redirect.

Speaking of which Justin, that Ohio Chatter display needs some work. Might as well add few more hours to your 40 hour workday !!!

Yes. Just change the name. Those other guys are not worth the bother of a court fight. They have already demonstrated what low lifes they are by banning so many loyal members.

Fact is. I like the new name. No longer reminds me of that other scumbag site.
