Eh he cannot take heat from fans he shouldn't be an NFL player.

His comments make him sound like a little bitch who is just pissed that he got cut.

Not sure I'd consider cheering by my own fans while being injured as just "heat" though. That's a bit harsh.

The overall fan base didn't, he is making it seem that everyone was out to get him.

This is right up there with Braylon thinking Cleveland hated him since he went to UM.

The facts are the guys didn't produce consistently and fans won't like that.

Anderson was treated like God...compared to the way Steeler fans treated Cliff Sioudt or even Kordell Stewart. Hey Derek...when you play like shit, the fans will boo.

Kordell got booed. No doubt about it. I don't recall cheering when he was injured though. Nothing wrong with booing poor play.

When he played well, Browns fans were behind him 100%. But when he started to play poorly (and that was the last 2 years plus the end of 2007) the fans treated him the way he deserved to be. I don't condone the cheering of a hurt player, but he deserved all of the booing he got. And his statement of wanting to roll the Browns when his new team plays them is hillarious.

Fuck off Anderson!

The fans weren't behind him even when he did play well. They were behind Brady Quinn, and desperately waiting for the next time Anderson made a mistake so they could jump all over him.

He needs to man up and stop being a bitch about it though.

Anderson. First let me say get the fuck out.

The thing he seems to misunderstand, is the fans weren't cheering the fact he got injured, but rather the fact that someone else, who couldn't possibly suck as badly as he did was being made his replacement as a result. His mistake was thinking people cared for something other than just a fucking chance to win.

In 2007, Browns fans were behind him when he was playing well and lighting up defenses. I don't remember any booing or fans calling for Quinn in any of those games.

Agree 100%. Been a fan 35+ years and you'll NEVER see me attend a game. After the booing of Tim Ouch when he was injured to Bottlegate to stuff like what Anderson said. Love the team but a lot of the fans are flat out assholes.

Granted, DA was far from a world beater but the fan base has a VERY short memory about what he DID do in 2007. He made football relevant again, if only for one year, in Cleveland.

I'm sure I'll hear the "and then he pissed it away against Cincinnati" bullshit. Look at the alternative....this team was staring down an 0-16 or 1-15 season with Frye or Quinn at the helm after that opening debacle to Pittsburgh. DA saved the season and made it somewhat fun.

You NEVER....NEVER cheer a player when they are lying on the ground injured.

If you're a Browns fan you shouldn't cheer if Big Ben is on the ground, let alone your own QB.

You're right, DA wasn't a world beater, but even making the Pro Bowl didn't stop a bunch of idiots from screaming Brady Quinn and rooting against their own Pro Bowl QB--lmao, I still think Browns fans collectively make up the dumbest fan base in all of sports.

Yeah, for the record, I was talking about him being booed for performance, not cheering for the injury..

I don't care if KG went down during Game 7 of the ECF against the Cavs, I'm not cheering for that.. Totally uncalled for and way on the other side of the spectrum in terms of booing based on performance.
