It occurs to me that while the facts surrounding this situation remain obscure, there is an over-riding stench of just what the fuck is happening. It also a occurs that while "they" claim that this site is beneath them, bush league, minor-league even, "they" clearly know what the fuck is going on here and have at least somewhat of a vested interest in our failure. I really just want to move on from that fuck-hole of a mouth breather high school reunion and go to a place where a lot of (seemingly) cool people who've come to be my e-friends (feels nerdy just typing it), and who I'd love to sit down and drink a beer, smoke a j, or just talk with (and mtrulz too, I guess) can just do all those things over long distances. I'm glad Justin's getting out of whatever these cockblocks are doing (relatively) unscathed (hopefully), and would implore him to set up the LLC (if not already established) that some huddlers (gonna be weird not typing or calling myself that anymore) implored him to get in this site's infancy. I only say that because clearly this is serious business and we definitely shit in those assholes' Cheerios.

It was more than likely done to prevent any FUTURE liability by the site owners, seeing as how desperation mode from the other site could prompt a lawsuit.

They wouldn't win the case, but could probably drag it through the court and try to get a settlement out of it, seeing as how Justin would want to avoid legal fees.
