Put this site on a foreign registrar and they can't touch you no matter what you do. Especially you get a Chinese IP.

THIS!!!!!

How do you think spammers get away with what they do? :D Chinese and Turkish bullet-proof servers.

Actually, you can even just go with anything from Eastern Europe. They pretty much flip the big boner to any US laws as well.

Seems like the "minor league" site was making a bit more of an impact than fucknuts.com lead you to believe?

They might have to shut down registration like they used to when JJHacker would go on a rampage.

True, they aren't worth the 'hits"...I'm positive we have more threads on the Serious Business forum than they have in the Bleacher Seats.

Plus I've been banned on there and don't feel the need to recreate a name to watch any fireworks that might arise.

I checked out their site today.

Its terrible and I hope they are happy with the decision they made. There are days and days on their forum 1st pages.

I have no need to visit that other site... They want to be pricks, let them be pricks. We are ALL better than that and we should be thankful for the time and money Justin has put into this. Lets be supportive of him to deal with whatever matter this is stay away from that other place... It could not only provide more trouble for Justin, but could get whoever makes a statement a legal letter also.

With that being said, I change my mind about my previous site name of JayJayHuddel.com come to 12dollars.com

"I have no need to visit that other site... "

Umm, yeah.

We're in the wheelhouse of college basketball season, the front page goes back to over a month ago.

The "bleacher seats", being supposedly free- goes back to yesterday.

College football - over a month.

Classic Huddle - December 6 of last year

The "old" board, goes back to February 28

Politics - November 11 of last year.

Even boys' basketball in the height of interest, the board goes back to March 4 and that is with ownership posting.

Why bother? There is no traffic over there. There is no need to stir a pot, the pot is gone by itself.

Man, they must have gotten some A+ attorney's to try and scare the life out of Justin because between his gag order (it would seem at least) and a forceful message like this it seems that JJ is 100% off limits.

They used alot of creativity I assume in whatever complaint they filed because far as I can tell this site in no way infringes upon anything at the Huddle legally, because if that were the case that site should be shut down because the major fantasy Huddle site was around much before JJ.

I can understand not wanting to deal with that hassle of this financially on Justin's end and its easier just to move on, but it kind of blows they were able to basically scare him into shutting the site down with a mean nasty letter because there is hardly anything illegal about it's existence otherwise.

IggyPride, I think because of that, it has to be something other than just the domain name and site design. Now that I am thinking about it, I recall a topic about an Orrville teacher suing another Orrville teacher for slander or defamation or something like that, and it was based on something said on JJHuddle.com.

I wonder if it's the same idea here (some of the more personal attacks, I would assume, would be the big issue). Naturally, and wisely, those in the know on this site won't confirm or deny that ... hopefully, anyway. I do, though, think it's a possibility.

I honestly think whatever the new site may be that it will be bigger and stronger then this one once word gets out. I also think that a lot of people who got suckered into paying the $12 to see NCF posting all the time will want to hop on board along with the 3,000 members already on this site.

While I think they are all funny stuff. Some of those 4 threads from the first 2 days here could be damaging. There are even a few ppl admitting to things that might have ended up causing trouble. Bottom Line though, It is very petty of Bucknuts to worry what this site is doing. Think they refer to us a minor league still?
