The Michigan basketball season certainly has been a rough one this year following the excitement of making the tournament last year. It is very frustrating to watch them play. I do not see a sense of urgency to salvage there season. They may not make the NIT. The schedule is very rough these last few games. There is a lack of leadership from a player standpoint. I am certainly interested in what others feel on the Michigan bball season.

Haven't watched UM much this year...but I thought they were highly overrated going into the season to begin with. Many polls had them above OSU, which was comical. I didn't expect this poor of a season....but I also didn't think they were a top 15-20 team either.

They aren't mailing it in, they just aren't talented. Harris is a gifted player but a terrible team player, Sims is still playing hard (see end of the game vs. Iowa) but is soft as hell, and the other guys are just not very good. If you put Harris and Sims on Iowa, you would basically have a replica of this years Michigan team. Very young, not much athleticism, no post presence, and inconsistent play.

They still have an athletic department?
