Clear only to you. I'm sorry, but North Carolina wasn't for a fleeting moment some world power that then quickly regressed into nothing. While UNC has certainly regressed, Michigan State and Ohio straight up lost to a mediocre team. Carolina was never a juggernaut. They have talent on the team, and that talent played better than the Big Ten's.

Yes, and nationally Duke is the number seven team, which makes Maryland, whom you recognize as a non-top 30 team, losing to Duke by 20 not so surprising. It would only be a "laughable" comparison had Duke lost at Maryland by 20 and I tried to explain what happened. There was no comparison trying to be made. I was proving how flawed the logic you were using was. Duke is the best team in the ACC by a long shot, and should take care of Maryland.

And quit with the one bad loss to someone means a team is weak theory. This means about as much as me answering 'motorcycle' to you asking me what time Nova Scotia races China in team luge. Which is to say little. WV's beatdown loss at Purdue on Jan. 1, like Duke's three point loss at Wisconsin in Nov., means nothing.

Great atmosphere today inside of Cameron. Coach K was as animated as I have seen him since the 2001 National Title game.

Crowd was rocking most of the day, and the beloved "Not our Rivals" chant made an appearance at the 5 minute mark.
Zoubek stole the show today, got a standing O after the game and some of the Duke greats really harped on about him at the alumni luncheon after the game.

Side note, so many greats there today for Coach K's 1000th game. Got to meet Alarie, coach Bubas, Kenny Denard, Allah Abledenaby, and even Matt Christensen made an appearance.

Will post pics when I get a chance. I stand by the statement that I made believing Duke is 20 points better than every ACC team when they play in Cameron. I think Duke will drop the game at Comcast in March, but at 25-5 they could still be in line for a one seed depending on how Kansas, Syracuse, Villanova finish out the season.

This is probably true, but it is difficult to explain UNC when they lost by 2 at Kentucky.

Maybe, it is just as difficult to explain how Maryland and Wake lost at home to William and Mary. I guess Mary has game.

Fail? Haha. Uh, that doesn't take away from the fact that Pitt already lost to WVU by 19 earlier in the year. It also doesn't take away from the fact that Pitt won yesterday and not today. So you fail there, I guess.
