If this isn't 100% ND's liability, it is 99.99999% their liability. Coaches run the practice. period. They screwed up royally by putting the kid in a dangerous situation (even if they were fully unaware of the danger). It is crazy to me to even insinuate that he's at much fault, if any. He was doing his job.
So you are saying if he felt unsafe in the high winds he shouldn't have told the coaches he wasn't comfortable being up there and just hopped down? He had to be the lift operator to know he was possibly in danger? Like I said earlier your job isn't worth your life. I also said earlier than ND was mostly to blame. They let him continue to film the practice in dangerous conditions. I'm not debating whether they are at fault or not.
