You ever have a job before? I'm assuming yes. Have you ever tried telling your boss you don't want to do something because you don't feel right doing it (something non justifiable)? I'm assuming no. And if you have, and he didn't tell you that you have to do it anyways, then you're the exception, not the rule.
There's no chance in hell Declan gets off that thing and still has a job the next day. It was a very tragic event, and my condolences to both his and the ND family, but ND is 100% at fault here. You need to ensure employee safety, and ND failed to do that.
