My fam likes Sweet Baby Ray's but their favorite is definitely Cashman's. Tough to find where we live, though.

the one i usually go to is right across the street from the greensboro colosseum, definitely try it out it is verrrry good

Mine's the ultimate fusion. Great quality meat, dry rub it, then smother with a vinegar and mustard sauce.

Every year my wife and i attend the "rib-off" at the Lucas County Recreation Center and they bring in 10-12 of the top ribs outfits in the area and the pulled pork sandwiches are fantastic.There are an interesting variety of ribs and sauces but I can't say that I have a favorite style...I like 'em all. If I had to pick, I prefer a lot of sauce and the hotter, the better.
