Stopped eating out every day, sometimes twice a day. Only eat out on weekends now, saves a ton at 5-10 bucks a shot for lunch and dinners at work!!

I made a mistake, actually $60 a month now, we had some promotions that recently ended...

Buckeye cable

Internet = $45 (8 MB download, speed, one of their higher speeds)
Cable = $15 (CATV Basic, just the cable into the TV)

Stop eating out is a big way to cut spending... hell, that's pretty much the only unnecessary thing I spend money on anymore.

Sounds like a simple antenna connection. It's what we do every summer to avoid a reconnection fee.

Just paid off my braces, now working on getting my truck paid off.

Roommate has DirectTV, so I split that, before I just had the bunny ears.
Don't eat out as much or drink as often. Maybe once a month, if that.
Use a grocery list.
Putting cash away to save up for items (tires, oil changes, clothes, etc.)

I would think it would be a lot cheaper than banging. Don't need condoms and you don't have to worry about knocking the girl up. Babies are expensive.

We are in a permanent state of "cutting back". That's how we live. Our living expenses are around 50% of our total income. We don't have to change our lifestyle when things get a little difficult in the economy.

That sucks. I thought maybe you meant $.50/gallon. Wow.

How much is gas right now there?
~$2.65, $2.70/gallon

The wife and I are going through Financial Peace University by Dave Ramsey. In week 4 and already seeing a drastic cut in how much money we spend basically because we actually started to pay attention to what we spent money on. It's pretty refreshing.
