I know I'm going to get a lot of flack for this but I don't eat any red meat or chicken. I never liked it growing up, so I stopped once I got out of my parent's house.

Other foods I don't care for include:

Celery (the smell of it raw makes me cringe), I can tolerate finely diced and cooked for flavor purposes, but other than that, I'll pass

Cereal and milk, I hate soggy cereal, so I just eat it straight out of the box.

For me it is celery too. As a kid I ate tongue, brains, liver n onions, etc. The day I moved out was the last day I ate any of those too.

Never had balut, but have seen it before, don't think i would like that either.

Have never eaten chitlins, brains, mountain oysters, balut, stinky tofu, or the heads on birds... The rest unfortunately I like.

I saw the full birds, the 100 year eggs and some other unique items when I was in China and Hong Kong, but I chose to defer to another time... and stick with the the things I new, or thought I would like.
