I used to work for his dad at the radio station in Bellefontaine, and got to know Louie pretty well, since he was a 14 or 15. He's a great kid and this is huge. Congrats to the Bellefontaine native...he grew up learning how to ride just outside of town at Mad River Mountain. Goes to show, with hard work...you can achieve anything.

Oh trust me, they're all Italian. I believe the grandparents still live there. They're mafia like...but only about 5'5" (his dad and Louie).

Snowboard Half-pipe.

Louie has had one helluva ride this past year. Starred on 'Dancing with the Stars', had a decent showing in last year's Winter X games, and now has just qualified for the 2010 Winter Olympics.

I went to school with his sister and they seem like a stand-up family. I am definitely pulling for Team Vito. Here's to hoping he can unseat that Flying Tomato.
