Been up for going on 38 hours straight now, and not even a wink of tiredness.

I have been able to catch up on a lot of new shows, so I guess its not a total waste.

Oh my goodness, are you reading my mind? I am having the exact same problem, which is why I'm on the huddle right now. I woke up around 5:00am and haven't been able to go back to sleep since. I been having difficulty sleeping for some weeks now. I looked up this video last night - and it seem helpful. It may take some time for your body to adjust. Hopefully it will work for me soon. So no, you are not the only one.

I'm a terrible sleeper. I get some sleep, just constantly waking up and tossing and turning. So I don't think the sleep I do get is all that great.

I have been getting horrible sleep as of late. Many reasons. The biggest reason is that my cat starts howling like a dog in the middle of the night.

Our dog has been getting us up between 3-4 a.m. to go out. Once awake at the time I can't get back to sleep. The dog has no trouble just me. Darn dog..

I'll tell you what makes me sleep every time without fail....exercise. Hard exercise for about an hour including weight training will make most sleep like a baby. Plus, gotta cut that sugar out of your diet.

it used to take me about 2 hours to fall asleep every night which was a big inconvenience, my girlfriends mom suggested i take melatonin right before i got in bed because it is a hormone your body releases naturally that helps regulate your sleep wake cycle, ever since i started i fall asleep within a half hour of laying down...try it out

Naturally 38 hrs straight is not good. I hope you get a decent sleep here soon. If not I will throw you some blue footballs.

I forget how long it is, but after so many hours/days, the brain starts going psychotic. Bet that'd be fun...not!

I do not sleep well. It usually takes two hours for me to fall asleep once I head to bed.
