Findlay's Jim Steffen, former owner of Jim's Gym and current proprietor of Jim's Hot Dogs (yes, that's really his career path), will be a guest on tonight's "The Jay Leno Show".

Steffen will be featured on the "Don't Try This at Home" segment, performing 100+ pound squats while standing balanced atop an exercise ball.

Here's a YouTube video of Jim doing the same stunt three years ago with 120 pounds:



Even though I'm not a big Leno fan (even less so after this NBC/Conan mess), I'll definitely be tuning in to support a local.

He came to our HS my senior year to do his act.

His stuff is pretty crazy and he is very good at what he does.

I was hoping when he shared his profession, he'd mention the hot dog vending in addition to the fitness coaching/motivational speaking. Jim makes a variety of mean gourmet dogs, on which I've feasted for lunch many times.
