Should be formally announced this week -- but AP and the OBR (a Browns site) have both independently confirmed it's a done deal. They're still working out details, including the title.

I'm guessing it may include VP/GM or something similar.

Great pickup...My guess is he will be Vice President of Football Operations...And Will Lewis from Seattle will be the GM
