1) Free Huddle literally means to "freely huddle" take it as you wish on what free means (monetarily or a censorship type deal)

4) The message board content is provided solely by the members herein. It just so happens that most of our members are from Ohio, or like to discuss Ohio sports. The message boards do not, in and of themselves, mention Ohio high school sports. This could just as easily be a Canadian high school sports site.

- I came up with the site name, not Justin. I wasn't meaning it to copy JJ, just thought of a clever idea for a "gathering of people to use for an internet forum"

Quick phone call told me that if you named this site something like "FreeJJHuddle.com" ...that would be copyright infringement. Otherwise, the word huddle has no issue.
This site has no "JJ" in it whatsoever.

PLUS,
This site has no Sport/trivia forum. It has no NORTH, SOUTH or any other descriptive of variated football forums, etc.

I don't think they can sue over the use of a dictionary word in your name, unless they have the dictionary name trademarked.

This site is better, because when I want to promote www.southeasternohiopreps.com on this site, I can FREELY promote it!

The Puddle would change it to ..^~+..^~+..^~+..^~+..^~+..^~+..^~+..^~+..^~+..^~+ ..^~+..^~+..^~+..^~+..^~+ and then ban you if you tried doing that over there!
