With the recent trial where the girl was charged with encouraging her boyfriend to kill himself (and he did), I wonder if anything will come of this?

UPDATE: 1:12 am EDT – Linkin Park vocalist Chester Bennington's wife Talinda Ann Bentley took to Twitter once again early Friday, moments after deleting her tweets in which she confessed to cheating on her husband with bandmate Mike Shinoda.
In the latest tweet, Talinda said she “encouraged him to kill himself I told him no one cared.”

Certainly not unrealistic, given the precedent you cited.

This will be interesting if he has other family. Normally the estate would go to the wife, but given her confession to cheating and encouraging him to kill himself I wonder what sort of basis the family would have to have her disinherited. At a minimum, you go standard divorce settlement when the wife cheated (and maybe there was a pre-nup).
