Police budgets are based locally. There has only been one party in charge of Cleveland for the last 30 years.

Legit question, what does a rape kit consist of? How do they determine if a rape indeed happened or is it simply a kit that determines that there was some type of penetration?

I didn't think I could be any more on the "Fire Marvin and everyone" Bandwagon but those comments are pathetic. "John is not a circus act." LOL.

IMO Hamilton would win a hypothetical race. Ross may have a higher top end speed but I think Hamilton reaches full speed quicker and that's the difference.
