Gosh a ruddies! Bill Gates and Steve Jobs had high test scores and became billionaires. Gosh and without being football or basketball stars. Gosh a ruddies, they were not using the Ohio Graduation test when I graduated. My cumulative Score was at the 97th percentile. So you are picking on 16 year olds for not passing a test that you didn't pass? You also didn't answer the ACT question directly. You used an equivalence.
