A foreign government hacked a political party in the U.S. and then used another overseas source to post the emails. Those emails, along with a bunch of other factors, was why Clinton lost. But, the ends do not justify the means. The fact that a foreign government hacked into a U.S. political party needs to be examined and explored to the fullest extent. That includes if there were any ties in the U.S. that knew of the hacking and dissemination of the information.

This applies not only to the Russia/ Clinton emails, but also if any future country, saying China or North Korea, hacks into any other political party.

It should remain a story and needs to be fully investigated until we figure out how exactly it happened.

Two different things. Clinton's servers were not hacked. It was the DNC and one member of her campaign that were hacked. Podesta and then other servers from the DNC were hacked by the Russians. These were reportedly secured servers, and the Russians got into Podesta by a dumb move by him.

Also, our intelligence officials have testified with pretty good confidence that the Russians passed off the information to Wikileaks.

In the grand scheme of things, I probably wouldn't have that much of an issue with Trump if he had the capacity to come off as remotely professional at doing his job. Instead, we have an adult with the emotional maturity of a spoiled 3rd grader who goes ballistic any time anyone says anything that's not in line with what he wants to hear. No impulse control whatsoever. Like LT said, a lot of shit would just go away if he kept quiet and took more of a "decisions were made; we're moving on" attitude. Instead he HAS to pick fights with the guy he fired, everyone who reports anything that didn't come directly from him and so on.

But such is life in an atmosphere where it seems that the main people wanting to be president are political lifers looking to be #1 and secure their family's position as a true DC powerbroker AND rich entertainers looking to appease their vanity. We could probably get more quality by electing a homeless junkie.
