Laid an egg today. None of the pitchers were sharp and all gave up runs except Otero who had to Houdini to escape.
Offense was non-existent. Have to give credit to Sanchez, who I thought was excellent. He did a nice job of expanding the zone. We were a little too aggressive at the plate today and swung at some horrible pitches. Again, some credit to the guy on the hill but we need to make him come to us.
It seemed like as soon as we got down...everybody wanted to be the guy who hit the home run to tie the game.
Tomorrow...is a another day and Miller and Allen had the day off so if we can have the lead after 5 tomorrow...Miller for 2 and Allen for 2
