Terry Francona is the best.

I didn't pay close attention, but why did Boston ever let Tito go? He's a national treasure haha
Wasn't it something about chicken and beer in the clubhouse?

Blue Jay fans have given up on their team. I just checked Stubhub...you can get in to today's game right now for $31 USD per ticket.

Missed the playoffs two straight seasons with 3rd place finishes but they did win 89 and 90 his lsat two years...

and yeah..that "scandal" of his pitchers on days they werent pitching having beer, ordering chicken and playing video games during games was likely a sign that maybe he lost control of the team.

I used to think MLB managers didnt matter, until I saw Dusty Baker/Wedge/Francona. Wedge/Grinder had to be one of the worst I've ever seen keeping the 2007 team from getting to to WS (Most talented team IMO). Then watching Francona manage that game yesterday, I'm convinced they play a role.

The series is over. It's a sweep. I think the Indians are already thinking about the Cubs/LADs in the World Series.

Sleeper with another hottaek. I think it's pretty much written in the starz now that the Tribe will lose tonight. Thanks sleeper!

Fucking bunting. Much rather take my chance of having these guys swing away with Naquin on 2nd than giving up an out.

And so what if they lose? The series is still over. The Blue Jays are not winning 4 games in a row.

2 strikes with Kluber versus this team. What the hell?

Yes. Yay bunts. Play for 1 run in the 3rd inning. So dumb.

This is why I am not a fan of Kluber going on short rest. We lose this, then Blue Jays have favorable matchups the next 2 games.

Mentioned that earlier. If the series was maybe 2-1 and this was pivotal then maybe, but up 3-0 keep him on normal rest. If need be, game 5 he could pitch on regular rest and all things go well still be ready for game 1 of the WS.

Kluber doesn't have it today--we're going to have to score a lot of runs if we're going to sew this up today...don't see it happening, though

First truly incorrect decision Francona has made this postseason.

My thoughts, unless we have a lead, Kluber is done at 75 pitches. Which might not even be the end of this inning.

Save him for game 7.

He didn't want to do it, but Bauer forced his hand. As a fan, I'd have punted the game, but as a manager you can't, which means it had to be Kluber. A bullpen day today after last night was just not feasible
