Welcome back! You're off base like usual though. Let me break it down for you, not that it matters, nor would you be able to rationalize what I type.

For starters, find where I've said that moving to the PAC and playing smaller teams would solve the problems. Bet you won't. Dropping to the PAC has helped Orrville get an extra win or two, but there was never enough talent and work ethic on this year or the last few years of teams to win 8-10 games. I know you think 8-10 wins should happen every single year, but it's not logical with a dwindling population and playing teams from NEO.

These are two totally different situations and circumstances. First, I never suggested that Zuercher be fired like you've suggested and campaigned to have happen to Davault. If Matt decides to stay and the administration keeps him, good for all of them. He's a solid coach, but I would think if he ever would want to move on, he'd hurt his chances by sticking around for a couple more years if the future isn't very bright as suggested by a reputable poster like Beast. I don't think he'd move on, but you never know. The situation of the past few years haven't been very kind to him. Another drastic difference in situation, Southeast Local hasn't had near the transition in size and economics that Orrville has been through. Those numbers greatly effect a school and it's athletics when it's as drastic as the one Orrville has seen. More stability in the talent pool over the last 20 years at Waynedale compared to Orrville.

If you would like a solid numerical argument to support answers, lets look at things since 2012. Be honest, if you've thought Orrville would win more than 5 games in any season since '12, you're insane. Even this year with the new schedule, they are a .500 team (IV loss hurt the chances of 6+) and won't really be much more than that until 2 years from now when they should have a chance to win 8 or 9 with two solid classes of talent back to back. (They'll be very young, but have some talent back for next year. I don't expect more than 4 wins next year depending on Non-League schedule.) Waynedale on the other hand, should have won more games than they did in that same time frame. They should have never been 0-10 in 2012. They weren't much more than a 2-3 win team, but to win 0 games that year was underachieving. 2015 they were 7-4 and made the playoffs, but that team was capable of an 8 or 9 win season and possibly an additional win in the playoffs if they get a higher seed. This year, if they go 0-10, it'll be the second winless season in 5 years.

I can't say that Devault has ever had an 0'fer team let alone 2. A reasonable person wouldn't be able to say that any of Devault's teams have greatly underachieved either. You can make a case for 1 or maybe 2 of Matt's. Has Orrville lost a game here and there that they probably shouldn't? Yes, probably, but that happens every now and again at all levels. Has Orrville won a game or two that they shouldn't have? Yes. Norwayne this year as an example. Waynedale? Maybe, but I can't think of any off the top of my head.

A whole lot of words for not much to say: Blah blah blah you can't even spell his name right. I stopped reading a third of the way through your novel because I'm sure the ending for you is always the same: You are right and I am wrong that's how you will always see it! Educated people in the area though know better

I'm sorry. I spelled his name wrong in one paragraph. The funny part of your reply is your blatant lying. You only read a third of my post, yet you noticed on the last third of the post I made two spelling errors.

You left Orrville and now want to run your mouth about a program you have zero first hand knowledge about because you were too big of a coward to play in that program. Congrats! I should just let you spew your ignorant thoughts for all to see since I'm quick to forget your championship coaching pedigree. I wish you continued success as the little league baseball coach who so proudly kicked a kid off the team because his parents hurt your feelings. Maybe you'll get another championship this year.

I was in high school 25 years ago! Coward 25 years ago?? Probably so but what does any of that have to do with Doug Davault? Admit you are wrong And you look stupid defending a program that is a disaster! Swallow your pride and admit it. As far as little league baseball goes thanks for remembering but that was 5 years ago and I coach high school kids now so thanks for the accurate timeline. Let's walk through this one more time my phone number is 330-605-6038 and you can call me and talk to me about this matter instead of calling me names on here. But we all know you won't because in reality I'm not the coward. We can even talk at the game Friday if that works for you but I have to know who i am looking for. I might even buy you some popcorn but in the meantime thanks for remembering I didn't play football. I sometimes forget that myself from 25 years ago.

Whats up with Refs and hurt feelz? Second time this week the Refs were bad and didnt like the fans calling them on it. Tues night at my daughters soccer game (Hillsdale) the refs were letting it get out of hand...fans were yalling and the Ref threatened the coaches that the fans had to quiet down. Tonight at my sons football game, same situation. Not to mention the chain gang on oue side were yelling and coaching and screaming for the home team, Rittucky. Are we such a pussified society that we cannot criticize coaches or refs or cheer for our kids? Heck Im about o put my kid in the band, choir and drama club. LMAO What is the world coming too if you cant make noise and cheer at a game...and as a side note, the refs (one acted the same as he did at Chippewa) were conversing with fans in a not so professional way.

Wheres wcalfan to tell me what to do and if I should go the performing arts route?

Beast, wcalfan has been hanging in NE Wayne Co. up here with us at Bonnieville bar. We have been drawing him up some plays on napkins getting him ready for his super bowl tonight, he is on a mission to get this big win for your program. The dudes a hoot, you guys should be proud of him. Didn't want to break his heart and tell him the Indians by 21 but we gave him a few plays to try to get into the end zone. Good Luck man and hold that fence up!

Speaking of feeding glad you kept it simple, this is the third HORSE named Stanley an you have had an you feed an rode him to a win, but careful there little buck a rue really would not get on here beating your chest.
But its great to see you back come up next week, we have a few more napkins and a few more plays you might be able to use.
One last question, is your mission complete now ?
