It's just a job with no performance review ever. The kids deserve better but it's the parents fault. (parents fault always LOL never the coach ) Until the board has the balls to change it nothing is going to change.

On another note, its ok, we have scored a few points in the 1st half, BUT ZERO 2nd half points since the Ridgewood game! HUH? No halftime adjustments? Or jsut none for the Bears?

I understand there has been some debate about the Waynedale Staff, so I've done a little research. Understand my son played for Coach Seder and Matt was an assistant. We LOVED him! With that being said, we were also successful and Matt wasn't a Coach to our sons position. Over the course of Waynedale History there have been 6 coaches that have coached 4 or more years:

Bill KJerrumguard 34-9-2 .778% 5 years

Mel Riebe 79-34-4 .697% 13 years

Jeff Souers 61-27-3 .687% 9 years

Bill Seder 113-64 .638% 16 years

Steve Remeneric 24-16 .600% 4 years

Matt Zuercher 57-53 .518% 11 years (prior to tonights game)

My numbers may be off a little, but they are very close. I have more stats if anyone needs or wants them. I was just curious about the bickering so I though I would look things up and make a few phone calls.

I'm curious how or why Sammy Ice got player of the game? Is she a kicker?

No. She attained 1000 kills this week in Volleyball, but I dont know how she got Friday Night Lights, Lems Pizza Player of the Game???

Tough loss for the Smithies! once again done in by the big play! Proud of how the boys kept on fighting! Surprised by Dalton upsetting Chippewa! Northwestern just keeps on winning! Hillsdale won as expected. Next weeks games should be interesting again!

Helped Dalton having their leader back from injury against Chippewa (fitzwater) after he missed the game against norwayne. I fully expect them to take care of waynedale this week and move to 5-2.
northwestern should run-rule rittman. The other two games should be very good. I'm going with norwayne and smithville, but wouldn't be surprised if the opposite happened

Not that I want to get in the middle of this, but it does appear that he technically has a winning record with the school.

It's not an amazing record, but more wins than losses still seems to make a good enough case that he's not all bad as a coach.
