What are the quantities like? A lot of places seem to be pretty vague and use descriptions like "feeds 3-5 people" so I'm worried I'll just be throwing food away every week.

I did one for a short time, I just went in with a coworker.

I stopped for exactly that reason...too much stuff. Also the quality faded. I just like picking out my own produce.

Money-wise it was a great deal.

$18 a week for 6-10 lbs of vegetables, it has to be vague, you are getting a share of whatever the earth provides. I eat 25%-50% vegetables for my diet, so it works well for me. Our immediate family is 3, but we also have extended family over. I like the variety, it forces my daughter to eat different variety.
